Your Responsibilities

• Lead your branch team effectively, supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, including order processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel matters such as preparing work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build and strengthen your store staff
• Collaborate with regional management by discussing performance results and branch development strategies

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to inspire and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over five days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
