Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team supported by a deputy store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering process, implement merchandise presentation guidelines and handle daily operational tasks.
• Manage personnel including scheduling and fostering employee development.
• Recruit and build your store team.
• Collaborate closely with regional management to review performance and plan store development.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a high level of accountability.
• Effective communication skills for motivating the team and providing constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across 5 days, including regular weekend and evening shifts.
• Willingness to complete an eight-week training program in one of the trainer stores in Germany.
