Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Overseeing store appearance, order management, compliance with presentation standards, and daily operations
• Responsible for personnel management including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruiting and building your store team
• Communicating with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally experience in a comparable retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, five days including regular weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
