Position Details

This full-time retail manager role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, typically spread across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts. The position is based in Burghausen, Bavaria, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your branch team with the support of the assistant store manager.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure the ordering process runs smoothly, adhering to presentation guidelines and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
• Handle personnel responsibilities, which include creating work schedules and fostering employee development.
• Participate in recruiting efforts to build your branch team effectively.
• Coordinate and communicate with regional management regarding performance results and store advancements.

Candidate Profile

• Completed professional training, ideally with experience in a comparable retail management role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Effective communication skills aimed at motivating and developing your team through constructive feedback.
• Availability for full-time work, including evenings and weekends, along with willingness to undergo a comprehensive eight-week onboarding in one of our German trainer stores.
