Position Details

• 40 working hours per week
• Full-time role with 5 working days weekly, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Location: Onsite in Kuppenheim

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your branch team alongside the deputy branch manager
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, implement presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational tasks
• Take responsibility for personnel management, including scheduling and encouraging employee growth
• Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong store team
• Maintain communication with regional management to discuss results and store development

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a high sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your team with constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours weekly, including weekends and evenings
• Willingness to participate in an intensive eight-week induction program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
