Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance including ordering, adhering to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel responsibilities such as schedule creation and promoting employee growth
• Recruit new team members to expand your store staff
• Communicate results and store development plans with regional management

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Business-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Available to work 40 hours per week across five days, including weekends and evenings
• Willing to participate in an eight-week onboarding program in one of our trainer stores in Germany

Working hours amount to 40 hours per week. The role requires regular attendance on weekends and evenings.
