Primary Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Manage store presentation, ordering processes, adherence to display guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Handle personnel duties including scheduling and promoting staff growth
• Recruitment and building a strong store team
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store development

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Completed vocational training, ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with strong responsibility awareness
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Commitment to an eight-week training program in one of our trainer stores within Germany
