• Base gross salary starting at €3,640 per month for full-time work

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, order processes, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel including scheduling and promoting employee growth
• Recruit new team members and build your store staff
• Regularly communicate with regional management to review results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally previous experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop your team with constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekends and evenings
• Commitment to participate in an eight-week training at one of our trainer stores in Germany
