Job Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager.
• Manage store presentation, ordering processes, and daily operational duties.
• Handle personnel responsibilities including schedule creation and encouraging staff development.
• Recruit to build and strengthen your store team.
• Coordinate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store growth.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; preferably experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills to motivate and develop the team through constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undergo an eight-week onboarding program at one of the trainer stores in Germany.
