Tasks and Responsibilities

• Leading your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Managing store appearance, overseeing ordering processes, implementing presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational duties
• Personnel responsibility including schedule creation and employee development
• Recruiting and expanding your store team
• Coordinating with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset coupled with a strong sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate and develop the store team through feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training at one of the trainer stores in Germany
