Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with the support of the deputy store manager
• Maintain overall store appearance, including managing ordering processes, applying presentation guidelines, and handling daily operational tasks
• Oversee personnel management including creating staff schedules and encouraging employee development
• Conduct recruitment to build and strengthen your store team
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with regional management to review results and plan store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; experience in a similar retail management role is preferred
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and high sense of responsibility
• Effective communication skills to motivate your team and foster growth through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week across 5 workdays, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany
