Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team, supported by the deputy store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, comply with presentation guidelines, and handle daily operational duties.
• Hold personnel responsibilities including creating work schedules and promoting employee development.
• Recruit and build your store team.
• Communicate regularly with regional management regarding results and store development.

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop the store team through feedback.
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five working days, including regular weekends and evenings.
• Willingness to undertake an eight-week onboarding program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
