Store Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with support from the assistant store manager.
• Oversee store appearance, manage ordering processes, implement merchandise presentation standards, and handle daily operational tasks.
• Manage staff including creating work schedules and encouraging employee growth.
• Handle recruitment to build and expand your store team.
• Communicate regularly with regional management to discuss results and store progress.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail leadership role.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong responsibility and accountability.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends and evening shifts.
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training program at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
