Key Responsibilities

• Lead your store team with support from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store presentation including order management, compliance with display guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Manage personnel matters including creating work schedules and encouraging employee development
• Recruit new team members to build your store staff
• Collaborate with regional management to discuss store performance and development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with high responsibility awareness
• Strong communication skills to motivate and develop your store team through constructive feedback
• Availability for a 40-hour work week, five days including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week onboarding at one of our trainer stores in Germany
