Key Responsibilities

• Leading your store team with support from the deputy manager
• Managing store appearance, overseeing ordering processes, ensuring implementation of presentation guidelines and handling daily tasks
• Personnel management including creating work schedules and fostering employee development
• Recruitment and building up your store team
• Collaborating with regional management to discuss results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training; ideally experience in a similar retail leadership role
• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback
• Availability to work 40 hours weekly over 5 days, including regular evenings and weekends
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
