As a Retail Supervisor in our Little Island, County Cork location, you will play a key leadership role in the store, engaging directly with customers and maintaining operational excellence.

Store Opening Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am – 8pm
• Saturday: 7am – 6pm
• Sunday: 10am – 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team by setting a strong example and delivering excellent customer service.
• Engage with customers to identify their needs and direct them towards the appropriate products.
• Ensure all store operations run efficiently, including cash reconciliation, resolving customer queries, maintaining audit compliance, and managing stock levels.
• Foster a team environment where colleagues collaborate effectively and enjoy their work.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager overseeing small teams within fast-moving retail settings.
• Strong customer service skills combined with the ability to drive sales performance.
• Curious and committed to continuous improvement and learning.
• Genuinely enthusiastic about the business and brand values.
• Reliable, honest, friendly, flexible, and hardworking in approach.
