As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role by actively participating and setting standards. Your focus will always be on customer satisfaction whether assisting on the shop floor or maintaining warehouse excellence. Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 7am to 8pm
• Saturday: 7am to 6pm
• Sunday: 9am to 4pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team by example in-store, providing excellent customer service and guiding customers to appropriate products to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain high store standards including cash handling reconciliation, resolving customer inquiries, complying with audits, and managing stock effectively.
• Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment enjoying the collaborative spirit of your team.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or duty manager overseeing small teams within busy, fast-paced retail settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to convert service into sales opportunities.
• Curious, proactive, and constantly seeking improvements.
• Motivated and passionate about the company's business and values.
• Reliable, honest, flexible, friendly, and committed to hard work.
