Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing all daily operations including front-of-house activities and warehouse management.
• Lead and inspire your team to provide exceptional customer service consistently.
• Oversee schedules, payroll, budgets, and inventory to maintain smooth store operation.
• Identify areas for performance improvement and drive initiatives accordingly.
• Represent the store professionally during visits from high-profile guests and demonstrate best practices.
• Perform multiple roles such as counter service, order picking, delivery assistance, and engaging in local community outreach to strengthen trade relationships.
• Support neighboring stores as needed by providing staffing, training, or operational help, showcasing flexibility and teamwork.
