About the Company and Role

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your store team with support from the deputy store manager.
- Oversee the store's visual appearance, ordering processes, adherence to presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks.
- Hold personnel responsibility, including creating work schedules and promoting employee development.
- Drive recruiting efforts to build your store team.
- Engage with the regional management for discussions about performance results and store development strategies.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in similar retail leadership roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills to motivate your team and provide constructive feedback.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week over 5 days, including regular weekends and evening shifts.
- Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding period at one of our trainer stores in Germany.
