Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your store team with assistance from the deputy store manager
• Oversee store appearance, order processes, compliance with presentation guidelines, and daily store operations
• Handle personnel matters including the creation of work schedules and fostering employee growth
• Recruit new team members to build and maintain your store workforce
• Communicate regularly with the regional management to discuss performance results and store development

Candidate Profile

• Completed vocational training, preferably with experience in a similar retail management role
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through constructive feedback
• Availability for 40-hour work weeks, five days a week, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to participate in an eight-week training period at one of our trainer stores within Germany
