Role Overview

As a Field Service Engineer at Stryker, you will be instrumental in ensuring that critical healthcare technologies are operational and dependable for delivering life-saving patient care. Your expertise will support advanced medical devices ranging from robotic-assisted surgery systems to integrated operating theatre solutions, building trusting relationships with healthcare professionals across your region.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and timely repairs on Stryker's medical equipment.
• Identify and resolve intricate technical problems on-site and remotely.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fostering strong connections with clinicians, biomedical teams, and hospital stakeholders.
• Support a broad range of healthcare facilities, including hospitals and surgical centers.
• Ensure all service procedures comply with quality regulations and standards such as ISO 13485.
• Keep precise records of inventory, spare parts, and service documentation.
• Achieve service KPIs concerning response times, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with teams in Sales, Technical Support, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure excellent client outcomes.

Your Background and Skills
