Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical and clinical support during knee and hip surgeries to ensure the safe and efficient use of robotic technologies.
• Prepare pre-operative case plans by analyzing and segmenting CT scan data using specialized software tools.
• Serve as the main liaison for surgeons and theatre staff during operations, facilitating smooth workflows and optimal product utilization.
• Maintain daily procedural support, ensuring readiness and precision in demanding clinical settings.
• Conduct training sessions to educate healthcare providers on device application and surgical techniques through structured onsite programs.
• Keep meticulous records of each case and system data to support regulatory compliance and continuous quality improvements.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate case schedules, inventory management, and resource allocation.
• Track product usage and provide insights that contribute to product development and enhance patient care outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Mandatory: A bachelor's degree in Allied Health, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Chiropractic, Osteopathy, Podiatry, or a related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years experience working in a healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing role.
• Valid and unrestricted Australian driver's license.
• Preferred: Experience in surgical or clinical support roles.
• Preference for candidates familiar with medical devices, healthcare technologies, operating theatre environments, or anatomy-based roles.
