Field Sales Executive

Overview

Hoxtan Tech Private Limited is seeking a motivated and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our sales and business development team in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The role involves connecting with potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our offerings to meet assigned sales objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Engage with both existing and prospective clients within the designated territory.
• Identify and develop new business prospects and sales leads.
• Present and advocate for company products and services to customers effectively.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with current clientele.
• Promptly follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Compile and submit regular reports detailing customer visits, leads generated, and sales activity.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to ensure exemplary customer service delivery.
• Keep informed about market dynamics and competitor movements.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Education: Minimum completion of 12th grade, diploma holders, and graduates are eligible.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Preparedness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
• A positive approach and resilience in meeting sales objectives.
• Basic proficiency with smartphones and communication applications.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is an advantage.
