Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven Field Sales Executive to become a vital part of our sales and business development team. The role involves engaging with current and prospective customers, generating new business leads, promoting our offerings, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Duties

• Conduct visits to potential and current customers within the assigned region.
• Identify new business opportunities by generating leads.
• Present and promote company products and services to clients.
• Build and maintain durable relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on leads to successfully convert them into sales.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set for sales.
• Compile regular reports detailing customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
• Work closely with the internal sales team to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.
• Keep abreast of market developments and competitors' movements.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass, diploma, or any degree.
• Open to freshers as well as those with prior experience.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the specified area.
• A positive attitude with capability to meet sales goals.
• Basic familiarity with smartphones and communication applications.
• Preference for candidates owning a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
