Role Overview

We are looking for a meticulous and professional Female Butler to join our distinguished team, delivering personalized and high-standard service to our elite guests. This role demands attentiveness to guests’ comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively anticipate and meet guests' needs with discretion and detailed attention
• Efficiently handle guest requests such as packing and unpacking luggage, laundry services, and personal shopping assistance
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to guarantee flawless service delivery
• Keep guest suites and common areas orderly and spotless
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as required
• Support planning and executing private events and functions
• Manage guest correspondence and schedule coordination
• Consistently uphold and surpass service standards
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and special requirements
• Work cohesively with colleagues to foster a luxurious and welcoming experience
• Adapt flexibly and professionally to changing guest needs and situations

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience as a Butler or similar position in upscale hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
• Strong focus on detail and foreseeing guest requirements
• Knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
• Ability to preserve confidentiality and discretion at all times
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
• Physical endurance to stand long hours and handle lifting up to 25 pounds
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Ability to work proficiently in a multicultural environment
• Basic computer proficiency for managing guest correspondence and records
• Fluent English speaker; additional languages advantageous
