F&B Service Host/Hostess for Lobby Lounge

Position Summary

This role focuses on offering an exceptional welcome to guests at the restaurant, enhancing their dining experience through a mix of technical expertise and personalized social interaction.

Core Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome all guests and prospective guests upon arrival at the restaurant.
• Prepare the restaurant to receive guests before opening hours, ensuring tables meet opening standards.
• Maintain impeccable personal appearance and uniform in line with hotel guidelines.
• Manage telephone reservations promptly and accurately record them in the reservation book as per restaurant protocols.
• Update and manage guest databases efficiently, promoting new offers and promotions.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, to provide accurate information.
• Encourage team motivation and promote a cooperative work environment.
• Ensure tables are cleared discreetly and promptly.
• Respond to all reservation queries and customer feedback within a 24-hour timeframe.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a High School diploma or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related discipline.
• At least one year of relevant experience or a comparable combination of education and work history.
