Overview

As a Valet within The Luxury Collection, you will play a crucial role in shaping first and last impressions for guests arriving at and departing from our hotels. You are entrusted with ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, contributing to an ambiance of genuine hospitality throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Take proactive initiatives to deliver comprehensive guest services that facilitate smooth arrival and departure experiences.
• Handle operational tasks, fulfill guest requests promptly, complete necessary reports, and highlight unique aspects of the local area to enhance guest engagement.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and approach, ensuring all interactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.
• Uphold company policies, safety protocols, and confidentiality standards rigorously, while protecting company assets and guaranteeing quality standards.
• Adhere to uniform and personal appearance guidelines maintaining a professional image at all times.
• Perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds independently and more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• No prior work or supervisory experience required.
• No specific certifications or licenses are necessary for this position.
