Job description
Position Overview
The F&B Sales Ambassador is a dynamic sales and business development expert responsible for enhancing Food & Beverage revenue across all dining outlets of the hotel. This role focuses on engaging guests and penetrating the local market strategically, serving as the lead representative for the F&B division to boost demand from hotel guests and outside patrons, thereby maximizing profitability and venue utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive incremental food and beverage sales by targeting both internal guests and external clients through proactive strategies.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for revenue generation, covers, and business expansion as set by leadership.
- Optimize outlet usage during slower periods via focused promotions and partnerships.
- Identify and secure opportunities to increase outlet covers, average spending, and overall profitability.
- Engage daily with guests at lobby and dining areas to promote dining options, special events, and seasonal offers.
- Convert in-house guests into frequent restaurant patrons, with specific focus on Marriott Bonvoy members and corporate clients.
- Collaborate with departments like Front Office, Concierge, Sales, Spa, and Rooms Division to drive referrals and increase capture rates.
- Manage corporate sales activities including regular appointments and external visits, promoting business dining packages and events.
- Coordinate private events and group bookings, ensuring all client requirements are met with excellent service.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with repeat and VIP guests, promoting loyalty programs and gathering positive feedback.
- Communicate professionally with guests and internal teams, maintain confidentiality, and adhere strictly to company policies.
- Support team cohesion by fostering respectful and collaborative workplace relations.
- Maintain safety standards, report incidents, and support emergency procedures to ensure a secure environment.
- Handle administrative duties such as updating sales databases, reporting on performance, and forecasting revenue.
- Perform physical tasks involved in the role, including standing, walking, lifting moderate weights, and conducting external business visits.

- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, including English proficiency (Arabic preferred)
