F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

As a Guest Service Expert, you will actively deliver a variety of services to ensure guests relish every moment of their meal. Your role encompasses setting tables, liaising with kitchen staff, engaging with guests, serving, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and supplies—turning every interaction into part of the memorable experience.

Essential Duties

The role requires constant presence, involving standing, sitting, or walking for prolonged periods and navigating diverse floor surfaces. You will manage menus by reading and verifying information visually, and physically handle items weighing up to 25 pounds independently, or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Tasks may also include reaching overhead, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as necessary. Excellence in these duties is paramount to providing top-tier service to guests and sustaining our business standards.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or GED equivalency.
• A minimum of one year in related work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No licenses or certifications are mandatory.
