F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This opportunity is for a Food & Beverage Service Expert at a prestigious luxury hotel located in Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. The role centers on delivering an exceptional and memorable dining experience for guests, focusing on service beyond mere food delivery. Responsibilities include setting tables, coordinating with the kitchen, engaging with diners, serving meals, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and proactive service throughout their meal experience.
• Maintain high standards of table presentation and cleanliness.
• Facilitate smooth communication between guests and kitchen staff.
• Engage with guests during service to enhance their overall dining experience.
• Perform light physical tasks such as standing, walking on uneven or slippery surfaces, and handling objects, including lifting up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No certifications or licenses mandatory.
• Experience in pool operations is strongly favored.
