Position Overview
Join Haven as a Fast Food Shift Leader in Berwick-Upon-Tweed, leading dynamic shifts across renowned fast-food brands such as Burger King, Papa John’s, Slim Chickens, and Chopstix Noodle Bars on site. This permanent, full-time role offers hourly wages up to £13.71 based on age, with onsite accommodation available subject to availability.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead assigned shifts by distributing tasks and maintaining efficient workflow to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Deliver prompt and professional service to guests, handling complaints and special requests effectively.
- Supervise food preparation, guaranteeing high quality and consistency while complying with company standards.
- Enforce strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
- Support training efforts for new staff on company policies and operational procedures.
- Contribute to team tasks and take charge as shift leader when scheduled.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a shift leader, team leader, or supervisor in fast-food or quick-service environments is desirable but not mandatory due to provided training.
- Strong leadership capabilities coupled with effective communication skills.
- High attention to detail, particularly in order management.
- Dedicated to delivering excellent, customer-focused service.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
