Fashion Associate

Position Summary

As a Fashion Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a key role in enhancing your retail skills by delivering excellent customer service, managing fashion merchandise stocking and processing, and upholding merchandise standards including signage and modular setups in a neat, safe environment. This position requires teamwork and strategic planning of daily activities and seasonal displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer friendly and polite customer greetings, assist customers with product information, locating items, purchase decisions, and address concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free workplace following company policies, including completing safety checks and securing displays and fixtures.
• Handle the processing and stocking of fashion merchandise efficiently.
• Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and welcoming.
• Merchandise non-modular items and ensure correct fixtures and signage are properly used and replenished.
• Manage timely replenishment and merchandising of seasonal merchandise.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is $17.65 per hour.

Minimum Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
