Position Overview

Join Walmart Canada as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced retail setting. Key Responsibilities

• Carefully pick and assemble customer orders from various temperature zones, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in product selection, quantities, and codes.
• Maintain high product standards by selecting fresh items and removing any damaged or unsuitable products; complete all necessary documentation and labeling meticulously.
• Efficiently and neatly pack orders to optimize space usage without compromising product safety and quality.
• Provide customer support and assist team operations, resolving issues and maintaining a positive interaction with customers during fulfillment tasks.
• Uphold safety, food hygiene, and quality standards by keeping work areas clean, promptly addressing spills, operating equipment safely, and performing mandatory safety checks.
• Adapt to various work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.

Challenges

• Handle a large task volume in a high-speed environment, managing overnight hours and maintaining energy throughout your shift.
• Carry out physical duties such as standing for long periods, bending, lifting inventory or equipment up to 50 lbs, and performing repetitive stocking and organizing tasks with accuracy.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this role is $16.50.
