Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Factory Hand to join a leading laser cutting and metal fabrication firm on a daytime shift. This role involves hands-on support throughout the production workflow, including operating specialized machinery and assisting with various manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate the Lissmac machine for edge deburring and finishing of laser-cut metal parts.
• Perform drilling and tapping tasks according to specifications.
• Manage general lifting and manual handling of materials and completed components.
• Assist the production team with routine factory operations.
• Ensure the work environment remains clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Consistently comply with workplace health and safety regulations and quality guidelines.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, production, or factory settings, particularly in metal fabrication or sheet metal work.
• Familiarity with operating machinery and adhering to procedural workflows.
• Dependability with punctual attendance and effective teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail in daily tasks.
• Physically fit to handle repetitive lifting and manual tasks.
• A positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and adapt.
