Fabric Engineer

About the Role

Join the PPP-IML team as a Fabric Engineer responsible for delivering exceptional electrical maintenance support across various contracts to enhance customer satisfaction and uphold company reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion a safety-first culture by strictly adhering to company and client Health, Safety & Environmental protocols.
• Ensure all electrical maintenance activities meet required qualifications, client SLAs, company procedures, and standards such as ISO9001.
• Support development of core competencies, processes, and share best practices among team members.
• Complete inspections, maintenance, and repairs promptly, with accurate reporting submitted within deadlines.
• Prepare precise reports and collaborate with site Contract Managers to identify opportunities for improving the engineering service team offerings.
• Maintain thorough administrative records including work schedules and tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working across multiple sites, participating in contract meetings, client site visits, training, and networking events.
• Promote continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime and reduce maintenance costs.
• Travel to various UK sites as required and be available for additional shifts or overtime during busy periods.
• Follow reasonable directives from your Line Manager.
