Role Overview
We are seeking a full-time Cleaner to become a vital part of our cleaning and facilities teams at Compass Group UK&I. This position involves a 35-hour workweek dedicated to maintaining clean, safe, and hygienic environments that enhance the experience of our clients and customers. If you're a conscientious and committed Cleaner eager to excel, this opportunity is designed for you.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: Afternoon shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cleaning and facilities personnel to maintain safe and sanitary surroundings for all clients and visitors.
- Perform dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming duties to achieve high cleanliness standards in assigned areas.
- Regularly sanitize surfaces, floors, windows, and frequently touched points to ensure hygiene compliance.
- Promptly address and clean up spillages and other unforeseen cleaning tasks efficiently.
- Empty waste bins and responsibly dispose of waste materials.
- Keep track of cleaning supplies and replenish stock as needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses excellent organizational abilities and pays close attention to detail.
- Enjoys engaging in practical, hands-on cleaning tasks.
- Prior experience in a similar cleaning role is advantageous but not a strict requirement.
- Demonstrates flexibility towards work schedules and duties.
