As a Customer Assistant, you will be essential in ensuring our stores operate smoothly by bringing energy, working collaboratively with the team, and fulfilling our promise to deliver everything customers expect from us daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering thoughtful, friendly, and helpful service that puts customers at the center and makes them feel appreciated.
- Assisting customers wherever needed, whether it involves restocking shelves, preparing orders, serving at the checkout, or promoting products.
- Using digital tools adeptly to enhance job performance and improve customer experience.
- Managing stock organization, moving items including heavy loads to the appropriate areas, and maintaining clean, tidy, and well-presented shelves.
- Gaining thorough knowledge of available products, services, and promotions to confidently guide and recommend to customers.
Requirements and Qualities
- Right to work in the UK is mandatory.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to working hours and handling certain goods like alcohol.
