Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated General Manager passionate about team mentorship and operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will lead shift managers, crew trainers, and crew members to uphold our standards in Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value. Leadership responsibilities include supervising schedules, inventory, training programs, and maintenance initiatives while fostering a productive, accountable, and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate management and crew to meet and exceed McDonald's standards.
• Manage schedules for managers and crew members to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inventory control and conduct training sessions for staff development.
• Monitor safety and security protocols to protect customers and employees.
• Analyze profitability and implement strategies to achieve financial objectives.
• Promote effective communication across all departments including people, kitchen, guest services, and maintenance teams.
• Set performance targets and support teams in achieving these goals.

Candidate Requirements

Previous experience as a General Manager is mandatory, preferably within McDonald's franchises. We are looking for cooperative individuals who enhance workforce morale, thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments, and consistently deliver outstanding results.
