Key Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain brand awareness both internally and externally to enhance brand image.
• Utilize sales techniques that optimize revenue streams while preserving guest loyalty to Marriott.
• Engage potential owners by telephone to arrange preview package sales and tours.
• Encourage guests or interested callers to purchase or schedule preview package sales or tours.
• Explain sales presentation details and eligibility requirements for attending Marriott vacation club preview tours.
• Confirm eligibility of individuals before scheduling tours at Marriott vacation club properties.
• Provide complimentary gifts such as rewards points or show tickets to appreciate patronage.
• Carry out general office support duties including filing, emailing, typing, and faxing.
• Receive, accurately document, and relay messages clearly and completely.
• Support management by assisting in training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees.
• Act as a role model and first contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures ensuring professional personal appearance and confidentiality of information.
• Greet and acknowledge all guests warmly, anticipate guest needs, and express sincere appreciation.
• Communicate professionally and clearly in person and by telephone using appropriate etiquette.
• Maintain positive working relationships to support team goals and listen/respond appropriately to colleagues' concerns.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and expectations.
• Perform physical tasks such as moving or handling objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Conduct other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in Public Relations or related work preferred.
