Job description

Role Overview

The WWCO Partner Management team at AWS is looking for a proactive, motivated, and customer-focused Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Directors. This role involves partnering with various business units and working alongside Executive Assistants globally across AWS teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing complex calendars and prioritizing executives' appointments based on urgency and importance.
  • Coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements for executives.
  • Organizing team events such as all-hands meetings and employee engagement activities.
  • Collaborating with leadership on event planning and daily schedule coordination.
  • Serving as a liaison between executives, their direct reports, and business stakeholders.
  • Supporting logistical needs including meeting agendas, space planning, and sourcing supplies.
  • Tracking progress on critical deliverables and coordinating project-related activities.
  • Working closely with other Executive Assistants within AWS to share best practices and streamline operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant.
  • Proven ability managing executive-level calendars.
  • Experience organizing domestic or international travel.
  • Exposure to working with large, global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Seven or more years supporting senior leadership.
  • Track record of leading process improvements.
  • Background working in fast-paced, technology-focused companies.
  • Skills designing workflows to enhance efficiency.
