Role Overview

Located onsite in Beloit, WI, this position involves preparing detailed project cost estimates primarily for the Single Family Homes Division of an established commercial and industrial construction firm. The estimator will review architectural plans and construction specifications, collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers, and play a critical role in budget adherence across projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate cost estimates for residential construction projects.
• Interpret blueprints and construction documentation to inform estimates.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of estimating experience in residential or construction sectors.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong analytical thinking, organizational abilities, and communication skills.
• Experience using estimating software and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office.
