Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Estimation Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves detailed analysis and evaluation of project documentation to support bid preparation and cost estimation for engineering projects.
Primary Responsibilities
- Carefully examine Invitations to Tender (ITTs), detailed project scopes, and specifications.
- Calculate material requirements and extract quantities such as Material Take-Offs and Bill of Quantities by reviewing engineering drawings, single-line diagrams, and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
- Perform cost calculations and assess vendor quotations to ensure competitive and accurate pricing.
- Prepare thorough techno-commercial bid packages for submission to clients or main contractors, ensuring all documentation meets required standards.
Eligibility
Open to qualified candidates experienced in engineering estimation activities and familiar with interpreting technical drawings and tender documents.
