ERP SCM Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking to hire an ERP SCM Specialist with in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) modules to enhance our sales, supply chain, and warehouse management capabilities. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to streamline and improve the full order-to-cash cycle alongside logistics operations, supporting our momentum towards ongoing digital transformation and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining SAP SD configurations within SAP S/4HANA.
• Engaging with business units to assess needs and refine supply chain workflows.
• Providing support for processes spanning order-to-cash, logistics, warehouse management, and inventory control.
• Contributing to system upgrades, conducting testing phases, facilitating user training, and offering post-deployment assistance.
• Collaborating with cross-departmental teams to guarantee integration between SD and other SAP modules.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 4 years of practical experience working with SAP SD in SAP S/4HANA setups.
• Participation in at least two full-lifecycle SAP projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
• Comprehensive understanding of Sales & Distribution processes, such as order management, pricing strategies, shipping, billing, and logistics handling for customers.
• Familiarity with supply chain and warehouse management operations.
• Experience connecting SAP SD with logistics and associated SAP modules.
• Bonus expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP PP (Production Planning), and SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication.
