Compensation and Benefits

• Basic salary ranging from a328,000 to a332,000
• On-target earnings (OTE) between a336,000 and a344,000 achievable in the first year

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively reaching out to prospective clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers
• Qualifying leads to identify potential sales opportunities
• Scheduling meetings for the wider sales team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Meeting defined activity and performance goals
