Role Overview
This role as a Solutions Engineer involves collaborating closely with Account Executives and customers to broaden the use of ElevenLabs' voice AI platform across enterprise accounts. The position demands devising scalable technical solutions, optimizing internal methods, and bolstering sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner strategically with sales teams to augment technical sales dimensions.
- Engage with customer technical stakeholders to tailor and support integration solutions.
- Design and deliver persuasive technical demos that highlight product advantages.
- Develop enablement materials that elevate sales team technical skills.
- Create self-service tools and documentation for customer-led implementations.
- Spot opportunities to standardize integration features and collaborate with product teams to implement them.
Essential Qualifications
- Deep enthusiasm for AI technology and ElevenLabs innovations.
- Strong customer-focused technical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to detect repeatable patterns for scalable solutions.
- Empathy towards customers, sales colleagues, and product groups.
- Technical expertise in designing integration architectures connecting ElevenLabs products and client systems.
- Experience—professional or via student initiatives—in direct customer engagement at a technical level.
- Advanced Python proficiency combined with knowledge of software development, architectural design, and integration methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills adaptable to varying stakeholders and audiences.
Additional Information
The position is remote-first with preference for candidates based in Bangalore, India. Regular onsite visits to customer locations are expected. Proficiency in English and understanding of regional cultural nuances are essential.
