Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Endodontist position is based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The core responsibility is diagnosing and managing diseases affecting dental pulp and surrounding periapical tissues. This includes performing root canal procedures compliant with MOH standards.

Key Duties

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and interpret diagnostic imaging.
• Devise individualized treatment plans focused on high-quality endodontic care.
• Collaborate with dental and medical teams to ensure integrated patient management.
• Provide clear education to patients regarding treatment options and oral health maintenance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with regulatory and infection control protocols.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong foundations in dentistry and general medicine applied to endodontic practice.
• Proven expertise in root canal therapy, retreatments, and managing complex endodontic cases.
• Skilled in diagnosis, treatment planning, and utilization of dental technologies and materials.
• Excellent communication abilities to explain procedures and build patient trust.
• Possession of a valid MOH license or eligibility to obtain one in the UAE.
• Advanced dental degree such as DDS, DMD, or BDS with specialisation in endodontics.
• Proficiency in clinical record keeping, infection control standards, and use of digital dental systems.
• Strong ethical standards, confidentiality, and ability to handle consistent patient loads.
• Relevant clinical endodontic experience with English fluency essential; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
