Specialist Neurologist

Overview

We Staffed HR is recruiting a skilled Specialist Neurologist for our healthcare team in Dubai. The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and overseeing the care of patients with various neurological disorders, ensuring exceptional patient-focused healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations through medical history, neurological examinations, and necessary diagnostic procedures.
• Manage neurological diseases such as stroke, epilepsy, headaches including migraines, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, neuropathies, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia.
• Create personalized treatment strategies and regularly monitor patient progress clinically.
• Analyze and interpret diagnostic tests including MRI, CT scans, EEG, EMG/NCS, and relevant lab results.
• Administer suitable medical treatments, schedule follow-ups, and provide preventative neurological care.
• Refer patients for further specialist investigations or collaborative multidisciplinary treatment as needed.
• Maintain precise and detailed clinical documentation and medical records.
• Work closely with other medical specialists and healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Inform and educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, prognosis, and prevention.
• Engage in clinical quality assurance, patient safety, and continuous improvement processes.

Experience and Qualifications

• Possession of a medical degree (MBBS, MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
• Certification or recognized specialty qualification in Neurology.
• Relevant clinical experience following specialty qualification in Neurology.
• Valid professional license or registration from the applicable regulatory authority.
• Excellent clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Dedication to ethical, evidence-based, and patient-centered medical practice.
