Specialist Radiologist

Position Overview

We invite applications for a Specialist Radiologist to become part of a prominent healthcare institution in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time role requiring hands-on involvement in diagnostic imaging services.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on diagnostic imaging modalities such as X-rays, CT scans, MRI, and ultrasound.
• Evaluate imaging results and deliver precise, prompt diagnostic conclusions.
• Work closely with medical practitioners and healthcare teams to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Conduct or assist with image-guided diagnostic interventions when necessary.
• Keep thorough and up-to-date clinical records and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, ethical standards, and patient safety regulations.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team meetings and relevant clinical case discussions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS, MD, or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate accreditation in Radiology or Diagnostic Radiology.
• At least three years of clinical experience after specialty qualification.
• Valid medical license or registration from the home country or last place of employment.
• Strong background in diagnostic imaging interpretation and reporting.
• Expertise in reading X-rays, CTs, MRIs, and ultrasound examinations.
• Capability to produce accurate and timely radiology reports.
• Comprehensive knowledge of radiological anatomy, pathology, and imaging methodologies.
• Keen clinical acumen and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate productively with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare personnel.
