Position Summary

This full-time, on-site role located in Dubai involves delivering comprehensive primary care with a specialization in gynecology. Responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing examinations, diagnosing conditions, and developing evidence-based treatment plans. The role also covers management of acute and chronic health issues, coordination with nursing and allied health teams, and maintenance of precise medical records compliant with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards.

The GP-Gynecologist will provide counsel regarding preventive health measures, reproductive health, and family medicine topics. Participation in clinical meetings, contribution to ongoing quality improvement initiatives, and occasional supervision and training of junior clinical personnel are also part of the role to uphold and advance clinical excellence.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Solid medical knowledge with extensive primary care experience handling various patient health concerns.
• Proficiency in family medicine coupled with gynecological care including prevention, diagnosis, and treatment modalities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with nursing staff, delivering clear clinical directives and fostering patient-centered healthcare.
• Experience in mentoring or training clinical staff to promote continuous professional development.
• Possession of, or eligibility for, a valid DHA license as a General Practitioner or an equivalent credential.
• A recognized medical degree complemented by relevant residency or post-graduate training in general practice or gynecology.
• Strong communication abilities, cultural competence, and skill in engaging with patients from diverse backgrounds.
