Role Overview

This position is for a full-time, on-location Gynecologist in Dubai, UAE, requiring a valid or eligible Dubai Health Authority (DHA) license. The physician will deliver comprehensive outpatient and inpatient gynecological and obstetric care, including thorough consultations, diagnoses, and treatment of female reproductive health issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and order as well as interpret diagnostic tests pertinent to gynecology and obstetrics.
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries, including minimally invasive techniques where applicable.
• Manage prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal care for patients throughout pregnancy.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, strictly adhering to DHA and internationally accepted clinical guidelines.
• Provide education to patients on reproductive health, family planning, and preventive healthcare strategies.
• Engage actively in quality improvement initiatives, promoting patient safety, ethical standards, and confidentiality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Background in Medicine with clinical expertise in patient examination, diagnosis, and evidence-based gynecologic treatment.
• Advanced knowledge and experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, managing both routine and high-risk pregnancies plus reproductive disorders.
• Experience in gynecologic and general surgeries related to women's health.
• Possession of a valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one; board certification or its equivalent in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to counsel diverse patients and families with cultural sensitivity.
• Strong commitment to accurate medical documentation, clinical protocol adherence, safety, and ethics.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced clinical settings and work well within diverse healthcare teams.
• Postgraduate qualifications such as MD, MS, or equivalent in the relevant field; previous experience in UAE or GCC healthcare facilities is advantageous.
